Bo Taylor

On August 11, 2008, Bo Taylor lost his life to a battle with cancer. Although he is no longer physically with us, his spirit and vision lives on through his legacy, Unity One.

After the civil unrest of 1992, Bo worked diligently to organize the West Sides Cease Fire Agreement, shortly thereafter Bo Taylor founded Unity One Foundation Inc. Unity One's inception inspired Bo as he continued his mission to assist in the redevelopment of the community and involve the people who reside in it. After years of challenges and obstacles, trials and tribulations, the movement of peace settled on warring communities and the surrounding areas because of the hard work and the persistence of Bo Taylor and the members of Unity One. This has triggered citizens of communities to make a conscious effort to join in on the peace movement and champion the cause with Bo Taylor and Unity One. Bo has been instrumental in the development of such community agencies as Unity Two, Unity Three, Belize Unity and 2nd CALL.
